As much as I want to go on the boat trip, I have done this before (obviously fantastic) but want to try something new and never been to the Surf Club before, which is the following night. I tend to overdo it partying on Machine nights and think that back-to-back nights have become unrealistic. Final decision is not yet in, but leaning this way.
Has anybody ever been to the Surf Club? Any idea what time the band may come on? Do you need tickets in advance? Any help would be appreciated.
Keswick Theatre was awesome on the 12th.

I am going to both the Surf Club and the cruise (of course). I've been to the Surf Club before. It's an unusual venue. Located on the beach, you can hang out outside until the show starts. The back of the building completely opens up to the beach, which is pretty cool.

Hey Gerry, I'll be on the cruise too, so we'll finally get to meet! I guess we didn't exchange cell numbers last time, because you weren't in my phone, and I had no idea where to look for you. Shouldn't be able to miss each other on the boat though... I think I'll be wearing a sorta rainbow colored tie-dye with black jeans... or if you've already met some of the others, they can point me out. Bon voyage!  --Vik

I'm going to the Surf Club show but my friend had to work today so I won't be getting there too early. We're staying over in Tom's River, NJ after the show.
I checked the weather report and it calls for some rain. I'm really getting tired of it. I want some beach time! One of the cool things about this venue is that it opens up to the beach. I guess if it rains, we might get to see an awesome storm over the Atlantic.
It's sunny here in Milford, CT this morning so I'm going to go enjoy it.
