right? 15 minute guitar solos, really long jams... but then again, they would have to pick up a second guitarist.

i just want to let you know i'm available. just let me know. i'll quit my day job.

I'd love to hear you guys do some Supertramp tunes. Maybe Robin Trower, The Doors, Bowie, Little Feat..man lots of good bands in the 60's and 70's...

after seeing you guys again live, I think you should continue to jam out certain songs. I think one of the things that keeps me coming back is the fact you can stretch tunes out and make them your "own" in a sense, and they sound so fresh. Have you ever considered sandwich a cover or tease of a cover within a Floyd song? Anywho, thank you for what you do!....cheers!

Joe, W1P here. First of all, I love what I've heard of your board tapes when you put No Quarter in the middle of Echoes! Amazing! So, my suggestions are the three most Floydian non-Floyd songs I can think of (1) Lunatic Fringe by Red Rider, (2) Silent Lucidity by Queensryche and (3) If You Got The Bear by Steely Dan (from the unreleased Gaucho session tapes -- sounds a lot like Have a Cigar). Man, I wish the guys in W1P were this open to non-Floyd material :D

Hey guys, long time no post, but I'm planning to go to the Atlantic City show and this thread got me interested. I think TOOL's style would fit in well with the TM. TOOL is a little heavier and darker, similiar to songs like Empty Spaces and the Animals record.

Shoot, and I gotta say, if the TM were to open with Who Are You, by the Who, it would be sick.

Joe, was listening to Pros and Cons today and thought giving the title track a try would be good. Clapton has nothing on you!
You'd probably need Nina. And that's a good thing.
