So, how many of you are on the Keswick Theatre's email list? Thought I'd share what I received today:

"THE MACHINE" performs PINK FLOYD
FRI., JUNE 12 @ 8 PM

A virtual Floyd marathon as America's foremost Pink Floyd experience presents THREE albums – Wish You Were Here, Animals, and Dark Side of the Moon – plus (as a special encore) Echoes in its entirety.
$31 & $26 (Dis-count group rates available for parties of 20+ tickets by calling Ellen in Keswick Group Sales @ 215-572-7650x208.)
On Sale: NOW!

Now THAT sounds like an AWESOME show! :D

I'm still having a hard time deciding between this and the Clapton/Winwood @ Wachovia Center that night. my decision would be locked in if the 3rd Album wasnt DSOTM, as it's kinda played out for me....guess it's what sells tickets to the masses, so I I can understand it.

Yeah but imagine having a Keith-quality recording of this show... now that would be sweet!
Yeah, I know, you're gonna say you could send a friend to do it... :? :P

well my decision has been made, I'll be at this one. Found someone to take my Clapton ticket. Was not an easy decision, but for 1/5 the price of Clapton, I get to sit front row center for The Machine doing 3 full albums...plus Echoes at my old hometown venue.

I have never been to Keswick, I picked up 4 tickets for the June 12 show that I initially thought would be awesome, but now I am concerned. I was hoping that somebody that knows this theater could answer this. I have pit seats, row CCC left, there are only 6 seats in the row, but they are the furthest 4 to the left. Will I be blocked from seeing the whole stage from there?

You most likely will NOT have an obstruction of view but you might want to consider taking ear plugs. You will be just a few feet from the left speaker column. The Keswick does not have suspended speakers. Hope that helps. AHF

Thanks AHF, no obstuction is great, and loud is good, as long as there is still a mix and you can still here all the instruments and singing evenly.
