Looks like I will be able to make the trek north to the Higher Ground show Friday night! Ron are you still coming up from Connecticut? Anyone else? If you haven't been to a The Machine show at Higher Ground I recommend it, because it always seems to have its own personality - more festive, more people, and it seems the past setlists have been more liberal containing more deep cuts. It is a predominantly standing type venue although in the rear there is a lounge area. Standing close to the stage you may have to hold your beverage close to your chest as it does get packed with the local college students. But I guarantee the sing-a-long on "Wish" will be louder than at any other venue I've witnessed. Good times in the North Country! -Scott D.

Ron is coming up to the show as well as two friends of his coming from New Hampshire. The weather is suppose to be fantastic possibly hitting 80 degrees for the first time this year. The great weather is going to have everyone pumped even more! Looking forward to it. -Scott D.

If you missed this one, start kicking yourself now and don't stop for a week! Higher Ground is becoming one of my favorite places to see the guys. Even though it's a 4-1/2 hour ride for me, it was definitely worth it. The energy was great. Even Ryan was dancing around on stage and he's usually so quiet and restrained. I knew this was going to be an a-kickin' show when they opened with Have a Cigar. There were several oldies including Arnold Layne, and a double encore of Echos and Run Like Heck.

See you all in Foxborough tomorrow night.

Scott, thanks for dinner. Keith, thanks for the sodas.

Ron

P.S. We missed you Ruth.
