Looks like I will be able to make the trek north to the Higher Ground show Friday night! Ron are you still coming up from Connecticut? Anyone else? If you haven't been to a The Machine show at Higher Ground I recommend it, because it always seems to have its own personality - more festive, more people, and it seems the past setlists have been more liberal containing more deep cuts.
It is a predominantly standing type venue although in the rear there is a lounge area. Standing close to the stage you may have to hold your beverage close to your chest as it does get packed with the local college students. But I guarantee the sing-a-long on "Wish" will be louder than at any other venue I've witnessed. Good times in the North Country! -Scott D.
