The Machine was once again nice enough to plan a show close to home for my birthday this friday in Foxboro... Who will be in attendance? Jack, Ron... I need someone to talk too in the front row!!

(What am I listening to now you ask? The acoustic show 8.8.08 Stephen Talk House, Arnold Layne...)

I'll be there. I know Keith from New Hampshire and his wife will be there for sure. He likes "Obscured By Clouds" so I'll suggest that one and "Free Four".

P.S. Hey, when can we expect the debut of "One Slip"? The last time I was at Foxborough, the guys said they were working on it.

Sorry Ron, but I'm going to skip the Foxborough show. I only have 2 vacation days left and one of those is reserved for Times Square on New Years Eve. The other day will be for either a Toad's Place show or BB Kings......whichever one comes first.

For those interested you can go to http://braindamage.libsyn.com/ and listen to podcast 145 "Cold Comfort For Change" posted Dec 1 and hear a Machine plug for this fridays show at showcase live in mass... It's no big deal the mention of The Machine but I thought it was kind of cool as the show is a few days away “in my backyard”.... The podcast is outstanding!!! If you dig around the site you can find a tribute podcast which includes The Machine from a few years back....
